New York Life Group Benefit Solutions (NYL GBS) is pleased to announce the promotions of two executives, Meghan Shea and Kristina Welke, to key leadership roles.

Ms. Nixon now leads GBS Claim Operations, responsible for overseeing claims strategy, optimizing operations, and ensuring excellence in service delivery for group disability, life, waiver and voluntary benefit claims.

Mr. Macdonald now leads the business groups focused on providing unique solutions to Defined Contribution, Defined Benefit, Non-Qualified and 529 Plans through Consultants, Financial Advisors, Recordkeeping Platforms and Program Managers.
