Election - Board of Directors
The 2025 election is scheduled for April 9, 2025.
New York Life is pleased to provide convenient options to vote online and by telephone. All ballots must be completed by April 9, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. in order to be tabulated.
As a mutual insurance company, New York Life has always valued the participation and input of its policy owners. In an effort to foster this relationship even further, we encourage all eligible policy owners to vote in this year’s annual election of directors. We have mailed or emailed an Annual Election Notice to all eligible policy owners that includes instructions on how to vote electronically and telephonically. The company will, upon request, mail a paper ballot to any eligible voter. We hope that you will take the opportunity to cast your ballot online or by phone.
- To vote online, go to www.envisionreports.com/newyorklife or use the QR code on the front of the 2025 Annual Election Notice, received by mail or email.
- To vote by telephone, please call 1-800-652-VOTE (8683).
- To request a paper ballot be mailed to you at no charge, please call 1-800-790-7783. Please note, in order to receive a paper ballot in time for this year’s election, you must make this request on or before March 28, 2025.
For all of these options, please have available the 15-digit number from the blue-shaded bar on the front of your 2025 Annual Election Notice.
If you have lost or misplaced your Annual Election Notice, or are having technical difficulties voting online, please call 1-800-790-7783 and be ready with information on your policy for identification and voting eligibility purposes.
