New York Life and our Early Career Talent Acquisition team have been honored with the 2025 Handshake Early Talent Award. Handshake is the largest early talent network, connecting more than 17 million students, alumni and employers. This recognition demonstrates our success in supporting early career professionals and confirms the effectiveness of our approach to identifying and developing future industry leaders.
