New portal designed to meet diverse employee wellbeing needs
When it comes to mental health and wellbeing, everyone has their own unique care needs. Whether it’s a single parent looking for childcare or a veteran in search of financial guidance, the journey for everyone is different.
Launching soon
On January 1, New York Life Group Benefit Solutions (NYL GBS), in partnership with ComPsych, will launch a new digital portal and app for eligible employees. With the same login and URL, employees can access comprehensive, personalized support to address the diverse needs of a global workforce.
Three holistic options
The updated portal and app, accessible in 40 languages, offers three holistic wellbeing options:
- The "connect" option provides the quickest path to care. With minimal clicks, users can instantly connect with an expert or schedule the right services.
- For employees in need of additional direction, the "guide me" option makes an evaluation and navigates users to live care, wellbeing tools, and more than 1,000 paths to tailored recommendations and resources.
- The "assess me" option offers a holistic experience, guiding users through a brief assessment of six care pillars. It benchmarks results and provides personalized wellbeing plans tailored to specific needs.
