Diverse community picnic

In our communities Giving each community the support it deserves

By reflecting the diversity of the clients we serve, our team at New York Life is able to better understand our clients, build lasting relationships, and make an impact in the communities we work in.

Build a meaningful career

Our inclusive and supportive environment is a safe space to grow your financial career. We’re looking for individuals who represent diverse communities, speak their languages, and understand the value of shared experiences in building trust and creating long-lasting relationships. Together, we can help clients and their families work toward a more secure financial future.

Better support means better connections

  • Target and cultural marketing support

The world is becoming more and more diverse, which means it’s never been more vital to understand and empathize with people of all backgrounds. That’s why we implemented our Target and Cultural Markets program, which employs full-time staff members to help our financial professionals better engage with the needs of each community they represent.

  • Volunteers for good

Putting our love into action. Since 1998, New York Life has supported philanthropic opportunities for our workforce through the Volunteers for Good program. Every year we partner with hundreds of nonprofits and charitable organizations across the country to impact our communities.
