Put your career on the fast track.

If you’ve completed your MBA or a similar advanced degree, or have 2+ years previous management, 3+ years direct sales, or 2+ years business-owner experience, the Accelerated Path to Management program may be your perfect career path. First you work for 12 months as a financial professional (Agent). Upon meeting all production and licensing requirements, you transition out of agent production and into the 6-month Associate Partner* Training program, and upon successful completion you become a New York Life Field Manager.

In the program, qualified individuals move quickly into management after demonstrating their ability to perform in their financial professional career.
