Pursue a career as field manager at New York Life. Our field managers are empowered to lead their teams to success by focusing on recruiting and development, rather than sales. Plus, if you have completed your MBA or a similar advanced degree or have previous management, direct sales, or business-owner experience, you may qualify for our Accelerated Path to Management program, in which you can start as a financial professional and work toward becoming a managing partner to oversee a general office.
