STEP 1 - Introduction

You’ll have an initial conversation with your New York Life recruiter where you discuss the position, your resume, and your career goals.


STEP 2- Assessment

Next, you'll complete an online questionnaire to provide us better insight into your skills. Afterwards, your New York Life recruiter will follow up to discuss the results.


STEP 3 - Onboarding

If you and your recruiter decide that New York Life would be a good fit for you, you’ll begin preparing for the role. You will meet your support team, and after onboarding, attend information sessions, and obtain your professional licenses.


STEP 4 - Appointment

Congratulations—after completing your onboarding you officially join New York Life and begin your journey to an impactful and fulfilling career.
