Vice President and Head of Foundational Business Operations and Shared Services Will Colon was recently honored with “Profiles in Leadership Journal’s” (PLJ) 2025 Latino & Hispanic Leadership Award.

For nearly three decades, PLJ has honored individuals who have modeled outstanding leadership, mentored others, and made meaningful contributions in their professions and communities. Reflecting on his achievements, Colon shared, “Ultimately, my success comes from the simple yet powerful realization that people are at the heart of everything.”
