New York Life was recently named to Seramount’s 2022 100 Best Companies list.

Why does this matter? Seramount is a research firm dedicated to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in the workplace. Being on the list means we are one of the companies setting the standard by providing family-friendly, inclusive workplaces.

How did they compile the list? Hundreds of companies filled out an application that included more than 400 questions related to leave polices, workforce representation, benefits, childcare, advancement programs, flexibility, and more.
