This year’s honorees are NYL Investments' Colleen Cooney and the Foundational Business' Imari Marcel.

New York Life was recently recognized as a 2024 Seramount 100 Best Company, which acknowledges our ongoing commitment to providing inclusive benefits for families through forward-thinking workplace programs that support working parents and caregivers. The annual recognition by media company Seramount acknowledges the constant juggling of work and life by millions of working parents.

As part of New York Life’s recognition, we had the privilege of choosing two employees to represent us and receive Working Parents of the Year awards from Seramount. This year’s honorees are NYL Investments’ Colleen Cooney of Private Capital Investors and Imari Marcel of the Field Productivity Value Stream in the Foundational Business. Cooney and Marcel were chosen for making significant contributions to the company as well as to their community and for being great mentors to others. The honorees were celebrated at the WorkBeyond Awards Gala on Oct. 24.
