New York Life recently announced a $1 billion impact investment initiative with the aim to address the racial wealth gap by investing in underserved and undercapitalized communities over the next three years.
In this video, New York Life Chief Investment Officer Tony Malloy and Head of Impact Investments Martin King are joined by Fairview Capital Co-Founder and Managing Partner Laurence Morse to discuss the initiative’s focus on supporting small businesses, affordable housing, and community development as well as New York Life’s $150 million partnership with Fairview Capital in support of diverse and emerging fund managers and hundreds of small businesses.
