Ching Wang, Head of Group Membership Association Division
As head of the Group Membership Association Division, Ching is responsible for developing key partnerships, evaluating growth opportunities, and driving strategic initiatives. He held senior leadership positions in the group insurance industry over the last 10 years ranging from operations, pricing, underwriting and product development. Ching earned a BA from Boston College and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Dan O'Brien, Vice President
Dan leads our Sales, Marketing and Account Management teams. He holds a BBA from Hofstra University, and received his Chartered Life Underwriter certification from the American College. Most recently, Dan served as president of the Professional Insurance Marketing Association (PIMA), the leading advocacy group for associations' insurance interests.
Raghu Rangachar, Vice President & Actuary
Raghu manages the Financial Underwriting, Pricing, Valuation, Contracts, and Policyholder Reporting teams. He holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and is a fellow of the Society of Actuaries.
Anthony Perrotti, Vice President
Anthony leads our Information Technology, Product Development, and Project Management teams. Anthony holds a BBA from Hofstra University.
Debbie Tomassi, Vice President
Debbie leads our Account and Financial Reporting and Compliance teams. Debbie holds a BBA from Pace University.
John Rivello, Corporate Vice President
John leads our operational teams, including Claims and Medical Underwriting. John holds a BBA and MBA in Health Systems Management from Pace University and attained the FLMI and ACS designations through LOMA.
